Residential Renovation Utrecht

The photographs show the villa both from outside and within, with the façade offering an initial reading of the renovation. The intervention follows a modern architectural language that connects to the building's existing structure, without overriding the presence of the villa itself.

Inside, the house is shown as a coherent whole, in which the different rooms relate to one another. The additional images give a view of the transitions between inside and outside, and of how the renovation continues through the house, down to smaller details.

ARHK was responsible for the execution of this project in Utrecht. The result is a villa that visibly carries the intervention, while retaining the original scale and layout of the building — a renovation that updates without overwriting.
