New Build Residence De Poel

Completed in 2023, the villa in De Poel presents itself as a compact volume that settles quietly into its surroundings. ARHK's design translates the brief into a series of clear facades, balancing mass and openness. Large glazed surfaces let interior and exterior overlap, guiding daylight through the house.

The additional photographs reveal how the architecture relates to scale and positioning on the plot. Details in the facade composition, the transitions between building volumes, and the way the house opens toward the garden come forward more clearly here than in the initial view of the property.

Despite being a new build, the result fits without effort into the existing fabric of Amstelveen. ARHK delivered a design in which restraint and precision go hand in hand, without compromising spatial quality.
