Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between publishing and being credited?+
Publishing means you upload and own the project on Arco. Being credited means another professional (usually the architect) added you to their project. Publishing is always free.
What does a contributor credit look like?+
Your company name, logo and a link to your Arco page, shown in the team section of every project you're credited on — see the example above.
I'm an architect — do I need Pro?+
Not for publishing. You can publish unlimited projects for free. Pro gives you team management, portfolio analytics, and a full company page.
How does billing work?+
Pro is €49/month billed monthly, or €39/month billed annually (€468/year), excl. VAT. The FOUNDING code makes the first six months free: no credit card needed and nothing to cancel — after six months it simply stops unless you renew.
What happens after the six months?+
Pro simply stops and nothing is charged. You choose whether to renew or go back to Free. Your own projects stay published either way — that is always free and unlimited. One of your credits on other people's projects stays on your page; you don't lose the rest, and they come back as soon as you go Pro again. We'll let you know well in advance.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Pro has no minimum term — monthly or annual, cancel whenever you want. Your published projects and your free credit always remain.
