Set on a nearly 7,000 m² waterfront plot at the Vinkeveense Plassen, this exceptional villa combines almost 1,100 m² of living space with a private beach and boathouse. The design pairs symmetry with carefully composed sightlines, both within the home and towards the water, using a reversed living concept that places the kitchen on the ground floor and the living room upstairs for panoramic lake views. An imposing entrance hall with a nearly 12-metre-high void and double staircase sets the tone for the interior.
