Villa Win

Within Villa Win, representative and private spaces alternate with quiet ease. The kitchen connects directly to the living area, allowing cooking and dwelling to merge without abrupt transitions. From the living room, the view extends toward the terrace, which functions as an extension of the interior and firmly ties the villa to its garden.

The bathroom is designed with the same attention to calm and precision found throughout the house, while the home office offers a more withdrawn counterpart to the openness of the ground floor. Outside, the façade reveals the clarity of the design, its composition shifting in character between daylight and evening.

The design is by Marco van Veldhuizen, who shaped this Utrecht villa as a home in which architecture and everyday use remain closely intertwined.
