Spectacular Loft in the Heart of Amsterdam

From the hallway, the interior unfolds as a sequence of connected spaces, where the character of the 1901 building remains visible alongside clean, timeless furnishings. Living room and kitchen share an open, continuous atmosphere, while an adjoining home office offers room for focused work without breaking the flow of the loft.

The bedroom sits apart from the shared zones, its quiet contrasting with the open plan found elsewhere in the residence. Interior designer Patrick Russ chose a contemporary vocabulary that respects the scale of the original building, visible in the detailing of floors, walls and built-in elements throughout the home.

Outside, the facade aligns with the character of central Amsterdam, while the interior carries its own contemporary identity — a tension that marks the loft in every room.
