Luxe Penthouse Noord-Holland

In the kitchen and living room, Grand&Johnson carries the design language further: clear volumes, a restrained palette, and a materiality that keeps attention on detail rather than on scale. The hallway acts as a hinge between the communal areas and the more enclosed rooms, with transitions that read as understated rather than deliberate.

The bedroom and bathroom show the same discipline in form. Where the shared spaces remain open and connected, the bathroom takes on a more closed, almost sculptural character, offering a counterpoint to the transparency found elsewhere in the penthouse.

Additional photographs reveal how the different influences — Italian, Japanese, Dutch, African and Asian — come together without overwhelming the space. Completed in 2025 in Amsterdam, the result is a home where renovation and curation move in step.
